Post Office Scandal Live Stream

Challenge

Working in partnership with our good friends at HUB studios for one of their major clients, we were tasked with providing a fully vision-mixed live stream for a sit-down debate centred around the topical Mr Bates vs The Post Office scandal, featuring involved in a recent ITV drama series. This multi-camera operation would need to obtain audio from 5 different speakers and be broadcast privately through a secure digital platform.

Outcome

Using video capture software, we were able to link up our mixing desk carrying a feed from multiple cameras onto the LinkedIn live platform, a secure and private option for the client who were able to host professionally for a select number of guests and staff.

Holding screens and lower thirds were also included in the broadcast, which was timed to perfection and given a professional look with all branding guidelines followed in full, rounded off with a QandA session fed into the host by our team having sourced questions from the live comments section.

We also took care in cutting down the full broadcast into engaging, succinct highlights packages for the client to share across their primary social media channels, which received extremely positive feedback.
